LED CLASS
Intermediate Level classes thrice a week with focus on:
Hip Opening and Strengthening:
The hip is a ball and socket joint with Six possible movements. The biomechanics of the hip joint is complex and most asanas involve combinations of these movements. As adults we all have different degrees of permissible movement at the hip joint.
Flow sequences focused on 6 different motion aspects of the hip. The sequences are not only flexibility focused but have emphasis on strengthening.

Back-Bends
Our everyday activities mostly consist of forward bends and a few possible lateral bends and twists. The backbending classes focus on Spinal Extension with sequences crafted with focus on strength and flexibility of the back.

Balance /Core and Inversions
Core strength and stability is key to any activity we perform be it sport, asanas or our daily activities. Sequences will focus on a safe progressive method to work on the core strength and stability. These sessions include balancing poses and inversions.
