Morning Yoga Flow by Danita:
Welcome to our Morning Online Yoga Flow, held every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6.45-8 am IST. Join us for a rejuvenating practice that will help you start your day with energy and positivity.
Our class includes both asana and pranayama practice, designed to help you cultivate a deeper connection with your body and breath. We'll guide you through a sequence of postures that will help you build strength, flexibility, and balance. You'll also learn breathing techniques that will help calm your mind and reduce stress.
Our online class allows you to practice from the comfort of your own home, making it easy to fit yoga into your busy schedule. All you need is a yoga mat, a stable internet connection, and a willingness to explore your practice.
Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, our class is open to all levels. Our class will provide modifications and adjustments to ensure that everyone can practice safely and effectively.
