Free Style LED Classes
(4:00 PM TO 5:00 PM IST)
These classes suit regular practitioners who intend to further their practice. Complete sequences with focus on backbends and strength, a combination of hip openers and strengthening poses, balance, inversions. Students can also work on headstand, basics arm balances, chakrasana (dropping back). These are LED classes and with freestyle sequences. The central purpose of practice remains the same (working on strength balance and Flexibility) while poses and sequences would be different every class.

NOTE: This batch won’t suit complete beginners. You can try them if you have a background in sports, dance, martial arts or any other intense physical activity.
